Upbringing
Cory is a member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and was born in Ft. Pierce, Florida. He grew up on the Big Cypress Seminole Reservation and also spent a lot of time on the Brighton Seminole Reservation. Hunting and fishing were a big part of his life while growing up. His family often caught hogs with hunting dogs. He has four brothers and three sisters. When he wasn't playing sports he spent most of his time in the woods and with family. When he was 19 years old, his brother, closest in age, passed away and this was the most dramatic experience in his life.
Professional Life
In 2003, Cory began working for the Big Cypress Hunting Adventures as a hunting guide. He worked for a few other tribal departments throughout high school and after high school graduation in 2000. He has been working with the Hunting Adventures for over six years and has earned the position of manager.
Personal Life
Cory enjoys spending time with his family and time in the woods. He says nothing is better than spending time with his family while hunting in the woods.
Hobbies
Cory’s hobbies include hunting (hogs with dogs, deer, and turkey). He also loves working with and training his hog hunting dogs.
